  • Power Point Seminar Presentation – This seminar is unlike anything else you’ve ever seen before. It’s definitely not a product seminar.   • Appointment Confirmation Letter – There is a trick to sending out confirmation letters. I wasn’t aware of it until I had several “no shows” in one week. Once I fixed what I was doing wrong my “no shows” were virtually eliminated. I’m going to share this with you. My prospects show up for their appointment with their tax returns and all brokerage statements.   • Press Releases – Every month we will make available several press releases that you can use to contact local media. Press releases are very powerful, but frequently overlooked.   • Client Newsletters – You have to touch clients and prospects at least monthly. I will provide you with a monthly newsletter that you can customize and send out to your database.   • Website Template – Seniors are becoming more web savy. You need a website that will build credibility and drive prospects to make an appointment.
